Rated voltage 10KV/35KV overhead insulated cable
Application
This product is a new type used for electricity supply on aerial power transmission lines.Which has been preferentially selected as the 10KV and 35KV engineering transmission line for the construction and transformation of grid system.This series of products is appropriate for maintenance and security of lines,and the product with annealed copper core is applicable to the down lead of transformer.
Product features
(1) The rated voltage is 10KV、35KV;during having a short circuit(lasting less than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature:XLPE insulated cables is 250℃, HDPE insulated cables is 150℃;the permissible long time working temperature of conductor:relative to the PVC insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 70℃, relative to the XLPE insulated and polythene insulated cable,it must be below 90℃;during the cable laying,the ambient temperature must be above -20℃.
(2) The permissible bending radius shall not be less than the diameter of the cylinder used in the cable bending test.
